Horse Rug Cleaning & Re-Proofing 

I would like to thank all my loyal customers that have supported me over the years, i look forward to seeing you all again this year and also to meeting many new ones.

For the past 17 years I have provided a Full Professional Rug Cleaning Service Locally in Speen, between Princes Risborough & High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire in order to Clean, Proof, Repair & Alter your horses rugs. I also offer an Emergency Repair Service for rugs, But the Rug Must Be Clean! Unfortunately, I cannot provide a collection service, but my prices are very reasonable!

1 - 10 rugs at only £9.00 each and a discount for larger amounts of turnout & stable rugs with 21 Plus rugs at only £7.50 each. See the table below for the full price list.
Re-proofing is only £6 per rug including combo rugs & for seperate neckcovers only £3.50@. See below for full price list.

 I think you will find that I'm one of the cheapest in the Buckinghamshire area, combine that with a fast turnaround, and I think you will agree that I provide a very good service.

Key Benefits

Cleaning your horse rugs is not only essential for your horses health, it also prolongs the life of your rug, as it rots if left covered in muck etc. 

Re-Proofing your horses rug with a Water Repellent will help to extend the useful life of turnout rugs, helping to prevent leaks for longer. It also helps to keep the breathability of the fabric up to scratch. Re-proofing also helps to protect the fabric from harmful UV damage from the sun, again prolonging the life of your rug.

If your horses rug doesn't fit properly, it will rub the horse, making him sore, but it may also let infection get into the skin. I can alter the fit round the neck for a more comfortable fit. Often all that's needed is to have the straps moved at the front.

Most Manufacturers nowadays do recommend that you have your rug cleaned once or twice a year.

Please note that rugs must be cleaned, (i.e. washed) either by using my cleaning service, or you washing them yourself before ANY Repairs can be undertaken.

( To be more specific, the WHOLE RUG must be washed, inside & out, not just the patch to be worked on, I'm afraid it doesn't work like that, when you stitch a patch on, the whole rug has to be turned round under the machine & any mud goes all over your body & the workshop, as well as damaging the sewing machine!)

 Sewing machine repairs are very costly & so is ill health. By only working on clean rugs the risk of passing on any health risks to other horses is greatly reduced.
