There is no other brush on the market that compares with this brush – some people use a human hair brush, but the bristles on those are usually set into rubber which can obviously break down fairly quickly when used on a horse.
The filaments on the Oster-pro Mane & Tail brush are set into a hard plastic base which does not break down.

Even a big tail such as my Fell pony has, can be brushed through completely in 2 – 3 minutes whereas with a plastic curry comb, it will take at least 10 minutes if not more!
