Hand Stitched Best English Show Bridles
Bespoke Bridles can be "Made To Measure" at slight extra cost, to fit your own horse; please contact me for this service.
All bridles can be made to measure; for detailed Instructions & Diagram click here

Please note that as these bridles are not standard fit, they are individually made to your own specification and will not fit anything else, therefore they cannot be returned, so Please be accurate in your measuring, remember - measure 3 times - cut once!
If you make a mistake and the part can be used for another order, i may be able to replace that particular part only.

Payment is required before i can start work on any leather work.( see Home page for payment options).

Cancellation of an order must be made within 3 days.

Bridles do not include reins unless stated

For other items, returns must be made within 7 days; PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM.

Refunds paid for the full amount less Postage and the buyer must pay for the return postage.

(This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of sub standard materials etc.)

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellation of an order must be made within 3 days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time for Bespoke leather work is usually within 3 weeks from cleared payment date. Each item is individually hand made to order. If delivery time is going to be longer, i will advise you of this.
Delivery time on other items is normally within 3 days and often 1 day or the same day.

I use Royal Mail or Parcel Force as appropriate.
Postage rates vary as per item.

The postage rates shown on this website are for the UK mainland.

I respect your privacy and NEVER pass on your details to third parties.

My PREFERRED METHODS of Payment are the SECURE ONLINE methods such as Google Checkout or Paypal.

Using these secure ways of paying, i never have access to your personal details.
