Please note that as these bridles are notstandard fit, they are individually made to your own specification and will
not fit anything else, therefore they
cannot be returned, so be accurate in
your measuring, remember - measure 3 times - cut once!
If
you make a mistake and the part can be used for another order, i may be able to
replace that particular part only.

Rings, Alterations etc.

I will happily give you a free quote to help you decide if
it’s worth while, but you must ask for the quote Before the repairs have
been carried out if you want one.
It is NOT ACCEPTABLE to decide that the cost is too much
AFTER the repairs have been carried out.
Once you have left your rugs with me and given me you
instructions for repair, you have entered into a contract to pay for the work
done.
Remember, it is your rug, tack etc., it is your decision if you
want it repaired or throw it away!
All work
done by me Remains my Property until it has been
paid for in full.
